PRINTERS AND MULTI-FUNCTION DEVICES
MHEC completed a Request for Proposal (RFP) process for printers. Upon completion of the RFP process, MHEC selected Xerox as its approved vendor and entered into two separate agreements. LEARN MORE

Small Printers and Multi-Function Devices Typically these machines are purchased and print less then 50 pages per minute. These printers are often NOT purchased with maintenance agreements.Large Multi-Function Devices and Printers Typically these machines are leased and print more than 30 pages per minute. These printers are most often purchased with maintenance agreements and include toner.
Both contracts expire June 30, 2012. The Master Agreements may be mutually renewed for three additional one-year terms.
