Eligibility to Purchase by Sister Compact - WICHE
Several MHEC contracts have been extended to allow purchases from within the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE). Just click on the vendor name that interests you and look in the eligibility matrix under the category "Non-MHEC States" to see if WICHE is listed. If it is, the same WICHE market segments (higher education, K-12, etc.) can use the contract as from MHEC states. Click on the appropriate link. Go to Purchase from Partners.

Institutions in the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE) member states are eligible to purchase off of MHEC contracts.  Click here for important information for institutions in the WICHE member states (Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota*, Oregon, South Dakota*, Utah, Washington, Wyoming) *The Dakotas are members of both compacts - MHEC and WICHE.

Please contact Jere Mock at WICHE with any questions, 303-541-0222.
