The Novell/MHEC Higher Education Collaborative is an intercollegiate association of Novell software users, established for the joint purposes of making Novell products, services, and training more accessible, affordable and beneficial to member institutions while facilitating the exchange of best practices in Novell software applications. This contract was initially negotiated in 2002 and is automatically extended on an annual basis by agreement between both MHEC and Novell.
